Yes, On Demand Handyman does work with commercial clients. We offer a range of services tailored to the needs of commercial properties, including interior and exterior repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
Can I get a free estimate for my project?
Yes! We offer free estimates over the phone for most services. Simply provide details about your project, and we’ll give you an accurate quote based on the scope of work. Our pricing is based on a time and materials rate. This means you pay for the actual time spent on your project, as well as the materials used. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and provide a detailed breakdown of costs.
How do I pay for any services rendered at my property?
Cash and check are preferred methods of payment, but we do accept credit or debit cards (3% card processing fee added for jobs over $500), or direct ACH deposits.
What kind of services do you offer?
We offer drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, small remodeling of kitchen and bathrooms, and other jobs. You may see a more detailed list of the services we offer at our services page. Because of insurance liability reasons we do not work on roofing, pools or pool equipment, or repairs over 22 feet high. So please understand that it doesn't mean that we do not do the work for you, but if anything happens to our handymen, they would not be covered. And again, we may give you referrals if we do not perform certain services.
Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes, yes, and yes. On Demand Handyman is fully licensed, bonded and insured in the state of Oregon.
Who do you provide services to?
We provide services to both residential and commercial clients. This includes homeowners, businesses, and property managers (landlords, real estate professionals, & property maintenance groups).
Where do you operate? What areas do you serve?
We primarily operate in and service Eugene, Springfield, Creswell, Cottage Grove, Veneta, Junction City, Harrisburg, Coburg, Lowell, and most all of Lane County

Eric is amazing, he is polite, courteous, professional and friendly, and most importantly he is experienced and knowledgeable. He is professional and possesses an old school work ethic combined with top shelf customer service that is becoming more and more difficult to find today.

As soon as Eric came out to review my water damage, he put me at immediate ease. And my confidence only grew as we reviewed the project and the steps that would be taken to complete the repair in a timely manner.

After the big ice storm last year, a builder defect left me with a leaking roof that caused water damage to an interior wall. Fortunately, the structural damage was minimal, and the majority of the repair would be cosmetic. But Eric didn't cut any corners and did an excellent job. He was very efficient but never made me feel like he was rushing. He communicated with me, answered all of my questions, and addressed every concern my wife and I had.

Once everything inside the wall was dry and/or replaced, and new insulation added he re-sheetrocked the repaired area. Once finished there was no visible evidence there had ever been an issue!

Eric was the consumate professional and did an outstanding job. We have definitely found a trusted professional for all of our future home projects and repairs
